We’re delighted to ship our artworks to art lovers around the world. Please read below for full details on shipping times and methods.
Processing Time: - 3 to 5 business days
Domestic Shipping: - 2 to 8 business days
International Shipping: - 9 to 27 business days

Return Policy:

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website. 

Damages

If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when
signing for delivery and send photos to "sales@soularts.com.au" the day of
delivery. Please send us a message with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery.

"Soul Arts" will pay for shipping defective, damaged or
incorrect merchandise at our cost.

Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to
be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service
department prior to being processed. 

We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged as soon
as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable
unless specified under warranty.

Shipping information:

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, the postal service may leave a notice card to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Duties and Taxes

If you order a 100% handmade painting, it will be very close, but not identical. Since each piece is painted by hand, there may be subtle variations in brushstrokes, texture, and color tones — which is part of the charm and uniqueness of original art.

The images on this website are photographs of the paintings. Hence, you should take into account that the settings on your computer screen can cause slight variation of the colors. 

We always stay true to the design, layout, and overall feel of the artwork, so you’ll receive a piece that beautifully reflects what you see online — just with the warmth and individuality of a handcrafted creation.
